SB Support Services was built around a simple idea: property owners and managers in BC shouldn't have to juggle a separate cleaning company, contractor, and landscaper for the same building. We bring janitorial & custodial work, general contracting, and property maintenance together under one crew, so there's one number to call and one team that knows the property.
We work across Northern BC and the Okanagan — from Kitimat and Terrace down to Kelowna and Vernon — on commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Some clients bring us in for a single renovation or clean-up; others put us on a subscription schedule for ongoing janitorial service or seasonal grounds care.
How we're organized
- Janitorial & Custodial — scheduled or one-time cleaning for commercial and industrial spaces
- General Contracting — renovations covering insulation, framing, drywall, finishing, paint, and engineering
- Property Maintenance & Yard Work — subscription or on-call grounds care
